Parking

Parking Garage – Plenty of free parking is available for guests in the three-level parking garage located just off the U.S. 75 frontage road. The 800 space garage is over by Sweet & Sassy.

Metered Spaces – There are dozens of free metered spaces available along the streets. Through the Change for Charity program, net proceeds from the meters are donated to the Allen Community Outreach and used to host community events at Watters Creek. Feeding the meters is encouraged - a quarter can make a big difference in the community if everyone contirbutes.

Valet Parking – Free Valet parking is available throughout the property. The Valet stands are located at The Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang's, on Market Street Drive (Near Mi Cocina), and on Garden Park Drive (Near The Blue Fish); just look for the “Valet” banners on the light posts. Valet parking is FREE Thursday through Saturday from 5pm to 11pm.
