Terra Cafe offers some of the best Mediterranean food in Collin County. The brothers also own and operate the restaurant Ali Baba Mediterranean Grill in Dallas. They offer great lunch favorites including Gyro, Chicken and Falafel sandwiches served with a choice of Greek salad or fries. Their dinner menu is loaded up with your favorite Greek selections.

Hummus dip - puree chickpeas in tahini, garlic and extra virgin olive oil.
Eggplant dip - puree smoked eggplant in tahini, garlic, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil.
Gryros - shaved compressed meat on a rotisserie, served with ziziki sauce, pita and delicious saffron rice.
Mediterranean Salad - tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, onions and lemon juice olive oil dressing. ( excellent salad for summer very refreshing)
Greek Salad - mixed lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta & kalamata olives. ( perfect to add chicken on top)
Kabobs - tender chicken, Kafta (ground meat with herbs and spices), ribeye, shrimp, salmon
